What happens next
How we handle your enquiry
When you get in touch, a consultant will talk through what you are looking for — budget, timeline, and whether you are buying to build or to hold. From there we shortlist societies that fit your brief, share the payment plans as confirmed by the developer, and support you through verification, booking and transfer. You will always know what a stage involves before it happens.

Before you get in touch
- Can I buy from abroad without travelling to Pakistan?
- In most cases yes — bookings, instalments and many transfers can be handled remotely. Where a society requires the buyer in person, a power of attorney arranged through the Pakistani mission in your country generally allows a nominated representative to act for you. We confirm what a specific society requires before you commit.
- What documents do you need from me?
- Typically an identity document (CNIC, NICOP or POC), passport-size photographs, and next-of-kin identity details. Requirements vary by developer, so we send you the exact list for your chosen society.
- What taxes apply when I buy?
- Property transactions in Pakistan attract federal and provincial taxes and duties, and non-resident or overseas buyers may be subject to different tax treatment. We will walk you through the current requirements before you commit, and recommend confirming specifics with a qualified tax advisor.
- Do you charge a consultancy fee?
- Advisory, shortlisting and site visits are free. Where a society or developer sets a transfer or file charge, we tell you the amount in writing before you commit.
